Adultery and Divorce
The end of a marriage is always traumatic, it is especially so when it involves adultery and children. Black Ice Security conducts discreet and covert surveillance to determine if a spouse is cheating, document the activity, and provide our client with evidence that may be utilized in court.
Child Custody
Black Ice Security investigates cases involving child custody. This type of case may be in conjunction with a divorce proceeding or may be post divorce, for visitation violations, suspected child abuse and neglect, and during parental kidnapping situations. GPS Tracking
Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) is not new and many people use these systems daily. Black Ice is a leader in the use of this technology and has utilized it in investigative work since 1999. Just like photography, anyone can use GPS technology, but it takes an expert to EFFECTIVELY use this technology in an investigation. Black Ice is the premiere expert in this technology.
GPS tracking allows Black Ice to covertly track a target vehicle without disturbing the interior, wiring or control of the vehicle. Utilizing GPS tracking in our cases is a means to minimize physical surveillance, thus reduce costs to our clients. It also allows us to minimize the intrusiveness of surveillance and risk of exposing the case. The methods we use meet State and Federal laws and have been used in numerous cases as supporting data. Installation is temporary in most cases; however in certain circumstances, the owner of a vehicle or piece of high value property may want a permanent installation performed to protect their assets – we can develop a long term cost effective solution.

Corporate Due Diligence may include background research on corporate officers, company information, and verifying corporate truthfulness. Black Ice may perform research, interviews, and surveillance to gather information for clients to use when making difficult decisions involving corporate statements of capabilities, and truthfulness.

Black Ice Security has assisted in numerous cases involving criminal defense and criminal prosecution assistance. Investigation of police procedures, evidence collection, chain-of-custody and credibility of witnesses are all areas that Black Ice Security can assist in your client's defense.
