Black Ice Security Uniformed Division
The uniformed division provides temporary and permanent guard services to clients with a wide variety of needs. The uniformed division officers are selected specifically for each client based on that client's needs. For long term assignments, the client may be involved with the selection and interviewing process if desired. In either case, any guard officer that does not meet client expectations will be terminated from that contract. Our goal is total client satisfaction, and a stable guard force while meeting all the client's protection needs. When necessary, Black Ice will staff a short fused situation with temporary staff (higher quality/cost), while personal are recruited and selected specifically for that site and client budget. Unlike many large guard companies that merely fill holes with available people, Black Ice staffing focuses on the client's needs, and the protection mission when selecting personnel.
