Residential Neighborhoods:

From parking enforcement plans, emergency response plans, hiring and managing security companies. Black Ice provides a full scope solution to any problem an HOA or Condominium complex may need. Black Ice will review or develop a security management plan and ensure it is practical and effective.  Black Ice will also handle single issue problems finding cost effective mitigations strategies.

Corporate Expansion and Security:

Black Ice Security has been very successful in providing in-depth counter-intelligence and security plans for high net worth individuals, for corporations, and corporations in rapid expansion serving as the bridge between the time when the company needs its own inturnal security staff and when it has established the base to hire and equip those individuals. Black Ice can fill that void and train the incoming staff to perform the critical duties of corporate security.

Event Security:

Workplace violence and active shooter threat assessments:

Black Ice Security has on-call resources and staff to assist companies in assistance with potentially adverse termination of employees and managers.  The termination of a potentially violent individual can be a stressful time for an entire organization and hurt critical revenue efforts. Black Ice provides both the assessment of the individual, security support and investigative support to ensure the transition is both safe and seamless for the client company. 

Operational support:

Some clients need start-up assistance, hands-on training or on-the-job training. Our teaming partners, consultants, instructors and technicians will deploy to your site and assist in long term support functions. 

Instructors provide a variety of training programs tailored to the client's needs. Training may be conducted in the U.S. at various locations and many of the training courses may be taught at client locations. Instructors are selected for their superb expertise, their ability to communicate knowledge effectively, and desire to teach. These instructors have the most up-to-date knowledge of their trade and are able to give fresh practical examples of the application of training principles. If the client needs unique training, and existing programs do not fit the client needs, our instructors and consultants will design a program of training (short and long term) that will achieve the goals of the client.

In most cases we have the requisite talent in our basic team structure, however, at times we may find it prudent to seek specific assistance in meeting our client's needs. A new subcontractor or teaming partner may be selected to provide this support based on their ability to meet the mission objective and client's needs. In all cases, we will tailor our support to the client and put the right solution forward at the right time.
